As the foremost tooling group for developing and manufacturing large and complex die casting molds, we excel in technology, manufacturing, and profitability. Our unique presence in the three most important markets ensures short delivery routes, high flexibility, and comprehensive on-site service.

We are committed to making a relevant contribution to the success of our customers by providing them with competitive tools for high productivity. With our continued development and ongoing optimizations, we aim to achieve 100% availability, zero scrap, and support the fastest possible cycle times.

Quality assurance

Before testing quality, we ensure its production. Our contour parts are finished using state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers and the latest EDM technology. We measure important features on the machine for checking purposes and also fully optically measure our graphite electrodes before using them on our contour parts.

Each finished contour part undergoes 100% measurement using the following equipment:

  • Temperature-controlled CMM room
  • Optical measuring system (Laser scanner)

In our daily ‘Quality’ shop floor meeting, we evaluate all deviations and regularly analyze their causes to derive measures for process optimization. Upon request, we can also provide our customers with measurement reports for cast parts in accordance with VDA 2.

Minimizing our ecological footprint is a top priority for our company. To achieve this, we as a group invest in forward-thinking processes and adapt our activities and production. We have already made significant progress:

  • Energy savings by investing in efficient machines and systems
  • Heat energy recovery from air compressors
  • PV systems installed on the roofs of our halls
  • Conversion of our vehicle fleet to electric power is being progressively implemented
